Randomly, a dialog pops up when I'm running KDE (on top of Arch) that prompts me to login to kde.hu. Why does this dialog appear? And how the hell do I get rid of it?

I have never configured anything on my system to point to kde.hu, or use it in any way. Frankly, the dialog is obnoxious and I'd like it to go away forever.

Please provide a screenshot of the dialog in question - it may give a hint as to why this popup is appearing.
