I am from Mozambique which there is not listed on the Digital Clock. Is there a way to add a new country or custom holiday dates to the digital clock?

The Holidays data is provided in KHolidays format. I suggest you send an email to kde-pim@kde.org regarding this - as the developers can likely provide better guidance on how to author such a file. They will likely also suggest that you contribute this to KDE - allowing it to form part of the next version of KDE.
