Hi,
Using Linux Mint 13, with KRDC as my remote desktop client, using to connect to Windows thru terminal services. I am having problem with my machine's time. For example, if machine's time is currently 11:00, when I connect to Windows terminal server, time becomes 12:00. Please advise where I could configure this. When using Windows' Remote Desktop Connection, terminal server would capture what was currently set on local machine. Thanks. |

Unusual - KRDC shouldn't have the ability to set the system time. Can you clarify whether it is your local system's clock which is changing, or if it is the remote (Windows) system clock which is changing?

Terminal server has the ability to redirect time zone for each client : https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc783386%28v=ws.10%29.aspx With KDE Remote Desktop Client, I can see an error message : "Your current time zone is not recognized. Please select a valid time zone." A similar issue has been solved in FreeRDP : https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/issues/437 I reported a bug in https://bugs.kde.org : https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=360248 |
