When I run below command in Konsole :

Code: Select all
$ gedit

gedit looks like this shot :

But when I run that command with `sudo` it looks different !

Code: Select all
$ sudo gedit

Why ?!

that's because when you use sudo you're running gedit as root and thus using root's settings

I like this root's setting.

How can I set this root's setting for non-root users?

for Gnome apps you'll need to run systemsettings as root to see what it uses for GTK apps (there's a gtk2 and a gtk3 theme setting) and then change yours to those

systemsettings -> appearance -> GTK
