When I run below command in Konsole :
gedit looks like this shot : ![]() But when I run that command with `sudo` it looks different !

that's because when you use sudo you're running gedit as root and thus using root's settings

for Gnome apps you'll need to run systemsettings as root to see what it uses for GTK apps (there's a gtk2 and a gtk3 theme setting) and then change yours to those
systemsettings -> appearance -> GTK |
