Changing shade mouse interactions?

Sat Aug 02, 2014 7:00 am
Hello.

Is there a way to change Debian stable's KDE v4.8.4's shade to double click instead of right click and left click on its shade option?

Thank you in advance. :)

You mean "window shade", i.e. that the window is reduced to its title bar only?

Of course this can be done:
Systemsettings->Window Behavior->Window Behavior->Titlebar.
You can set up the action for double-clicking on the window's titlebar there, one of the options is ... Shade.

Thank you. That was it. Sheesh, it's hard to find the options (Too many? Bad usability?) to tweak my KDE. :/

Weird. I can't mark this thread and your post as answered?

AFAIK, there should be a button "Accept this answer" below the post, at least when you are logged in.

Yeah, it's not there. I saw in my new thread that I posted earlier today, but not in this old one/1. Oh well.

You couldn't mark it as solved as your topic was posted in Tutorials & Tips. I've now moved it into the Workspace forum - so you should now be able to mark it as solved.
