Backup tool for kde

Sun Sep 07, 2014 4:18 am
Looking for a backup tool on KDE with the following features:

1. Password protected backups (encrypted)

2. Incremental backups

3. Crossplatform (can be used on Gnome, even on Windows)

4. Automatic backups --- scheduled backup starts when I plug-in the USB drive, network becomes available, etc.

5. Easy to identify folders that need not be backed up (e.g. backup .local but not Trash in .local, etc.)

6. Easy to restore the latest or earlier version of a file

7. Easy to restore even deleted files

8. Intelligent space management at destination (remove older backups as space gets full, etc.)

9. Able to handle even large files like thunderbird mail files, etc.

10. Can be run as a normal user (does not need admin rights)

Any suggestions? It would be great if you have actually used a tool for at least a few months! :)
