Hello,

Is possible align text cursor by center in KDM greeter? Currently cursor align by left, i need start typing from center of text box.

Thank you.

Afaics, you can't.

Either kdm would have to QLineEdit::setAlignment(Qt::AlignCenter) or something else would (eg. the style plugin)

Bespin & Virtuality do so, but for some reason that escaped me, the KDM greeter style seems to be fixed to oxygen.

Looking at the kdm greeter code, there *might* be.
It seems the GUIStyle setting was ditched in favor of a "guistyle" element in the xml (what seems a bit silly, but who cares)

So, if you have bespin or virtuality installed, adding
Code: Select all
guistyle="bespin"
to the "<style>" tag in the greeters xml config MIGHT do the trick (not tried so far)

Just tried: At least here that doesn't change the GUI style - sorry.
