I have an annoying issue which is present in both LM17 (with KDE 4.13) and LM17.1 (with KDE 4.14). Windows (both full-screen and not) lose focus randomly (so I stop typing in a document and apparently click some KDE shortcuts, or full-screen game minimizes etc.). This is extremely annoying in the long run.
The problem is also described by another user over there: viewtopic.php?t=111429 However, in my case nor changing "focus stealing prevention" nor "accept focus" helps in any way. Could somebody help me? I really love linux and KDE as both are way more convenient than alternatives, but this issue is driving me insane! |

What gets the focus instead?
Is there a pattern among the keys you press when loosing the focus? Do perhaps notifications show up when this happens? |

Nevermind, I've fixed the issue finally today. I've played with the settings many times before but only today found the solution.
I followed the advice given in the linked by me in the first post topic, but in "Window class" instead of "Exact Match" I had to choose "Substring Match". So far it seems to work. |
