In KDE3, I used to be able to cascade all the windows on my desktop by right-clicking on the background and selecting "cascade windows." I cannot find any way to do this with KDE4. Is there a way that I'm missing? If not, is this a feature that might be planned for v.4.2?
This is a pretty important feature for me, as I have a script that opens up 24 windows, and in order to work within all these windows I need to be able to arrange them neatly. |

Seems that this is a list of alternatives and not a step-by-step instruction to make it work. code | cia.vc | donating KDE | wishlist |

Click in the very top left corner of any window > configure window behavior >>> in the left pane click advanced >>> placement field.
