Greetings, dear KDE community!

Is it possible to turn on power saving regime on demand? For example, can I turn on power saving if my laptop is connected to power supply?
I use mobile batteries and I need to limit power consumption of my laptop during working from mobile battery. However, I cannot find how to turn on power saving since KDE "thinks" that I work from circuit.
