The plasmoid is named Webget 0.6.1. It is alternatively producing -- when run -- 1) a script initialization error message and 2) a Segmentation fault. When I try to install it, it never goes beyond a square-black box, with a red 'X' inside it.
Associated error, when Plasmoid loads and runs: [ X ] This object could not be created for the following reason:
At one point, I saw a 'KDE Crash Handler' window that said, "The packages containing debug information for the following application and libraries are missing:
Now that I have the debugging packages loaded, the KDE crash handler isn't running -- I'm just seeing the script initialization error. Right now, I'm back to the point where I was getting the error message #1. ![]() ![]()

It's OK to delete this thread.
I've been working on the problem further, and have put together a more complete post in another area. I think the additional info in that post will more likely lead to a resolution. I thought a fresh start would be better than appending this thread. Again, sorry to bother the moderators, but I see no button on the forum to delete a post, and ![]()
