I'm experiencing an issue where no matter what I setup in Digital Clock's configuration, clicking on the clock shows a calendar with American holidays.

From what I understand this is identical to the following bug:

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=321459

Enabling/Disabling the "Display Events" option doesn't do anything - the calendar is still showing with American holidays outlined.

KDE's version is 4.14.2, running Debian 8 Jessie x86_64 with Kernel 3.16.7.

My question is how do I rectify this - I'd like to have Bulgarian holidays, or have no holidays at all displayed there.

Any assistance is appreciated. Sorry if I put the thread in the wrong section.

BTW, Wishing the US folks a great Memorial day beforehand!

Probably not.
This was a bug in the build system in the 4.11 Beta versions and has been fixed for the final 4.11 release.

This option is for showing events from your Akonadi calendars. It's totally unrelated to "Holidays".

Go into the digital clock's settings, switch to "Calendar", and enable/disable the holidays you want to display in the list below "Holidays". (maybe make the window larger to see the choosers)
Or is that list empty/missing?

Extending the window as you've suggested uncovered a completely new option. Problem solved, but the next question would be what's wrong with the default window size and why does it completely cover the "Select" field - I guess that could be related with the 4:3 1280x1024 monitor I'm currently using for that machine.

Thank you!
