KDE Frameworks 5.10.0
Plasma Workspace 5.3
Fedora 22

When I browse to the application Menu and right click the application icon neither 'add to panel' nor 'add to desktop' appear .
The only option is 'add to favorites' .
Yes widgets are unlocked

What is not fixed?
Drag and drop to the desktop/panel works fine here again (with 5.3.2).

The context menu entries "Add to Panel" and "Add to Desktop" are still missing in Kickoff (since 5.3.0 IIRC), yes.
That's this bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=334722
(I think I pasted the wrong link previously...)

Kicker ("A launcher based on cascading popup menus") has them though.
