I access some files on fish:// and am trying to create a service action that removes the fish:// part and replaces it with http://. Although this service action shows up on every file, it completely disappears for all files/directories under fish:// itself.

This is what I have so far
Code: Select all
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Service
ServiceTypes=KonqPopupMenu/Plugin,all/allfiles,inode/directory
Actions=toHTTP

[Desktop Action toHTTP]
Exec=toHTTP.sh
Icon=utilities-terminal
Name=to HTTP://

What am I missing, why doesn't this action item pop up when I'm browsing fish://?

"Exec=toHTTP.sh %u", however fish is a remote protocol, so "toHTTP.sh" can hopefully deal with urls?

You should probably also omit the "ServiceTypes" entry. (try to #comment it)
