Hello, I have Plasma 5 installed and would like to prevent the title bar from shrinking (resizing) when I maximise the window. Can I do this via systems settings or does this require editing a .config file manually? Either way, could someone kindly assist me in resolving this matter? Thank you.

The behavior depends on the used KWin decoration - if it doesn‘t offer to configure it, it's unlikely possible. The breeze decoration (KDE 5) however doesn't seem to do that anyway.
