I need show "Show Klipper popup-menu" shortcut back. No wait, no I don't I'll just uninstall this and be very disappointed for the rest of the day.

Shortcut is still there - it's more like klipper was "removed" or rather "replaced" by a crippled plasmoid.
You can still run "klipper".
