i have a laptop and i use sometimes a 2nd usb keyboard. On the 2nd keyboard the keyboard layout does not change after i press the key combination for the layout to change.
My system: Kubuntu 15.04 , Plasma 5.2.2
i would like to do a bug report but on which product? or is this a kubuntu bug?
