Hi, I don't know where in the stack all these changes happened, but since upgrading to Frameworks 5.16 and plasma 5.4.3, plasma-workspace looks awesome!
Fonts look crisper (spent hours trying to fix that on the distro end), the dark breeze theme is very pretty and dolphin finally works (that was a distro problem). It's a real pleasure to use now

One question I have : How do I enable the blur effect plasma popups ( like the calendar and networkmanagement)? I do have enabled the blur effect.
