Not sure if I am late, but I found an article on Arch Wiki that might address your question.
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Uniform_look_for_Qt_and_GTK_applications It might have bits of specific advice for that distro, but overall is somewhat generic (i think  ) .
