Do you have more info about it ? is there some changes in dependencies ?

Same issue as viewtopic.php?f=289&t=130784&p=350387#p350387
the kdediscover service (apparently muon, but that's a Ubuntu specific thing) isn't installed or the installation is broken (and you've a stale entry in the sycoca database, "kbuildsycoca5 --noincremental" should resolve that, is called on logins anyway, though)
