Just updated my laptop to fedora 23. I use a lot of shortcuts including ones to paste text.

For some reason "Shift+H" doesn't even work in the hello example. I always get lowercase or the non-shifted value.

I created a test user with fresh configs and get the same result. The package installed is khotkeys-5.5.5-1.fc23.x86_64.

Any ideas? Thanks.

After more debugging I have found it works in some things, but not others. For example I get capital letters when running the shortcut in chrome, but not konsole. It also doesn't work in kwrite.
