Just upgraded to Debian Sid with the fresh look but I couldn't resize the widgets after adding them. I can drag around but can't resize

which layout Folder View or Desktop? if Folder View try switching to Desktop

Its in Desktop already, have switched to both but when i drag the widget it doesn't show resize option.

In Tweak Settings "Press and hold widget to move them and reveal their handles" is enabled

did you try changing the tweak setting?

when you hold it or hover on it does the widget handle display?

No, the handles are not displayed but its draggable

need to determine if its your config or your system

you could try creating a new activity and if that still doesn't work then test as a new user

I have created new activity and it doesn't still show. In my activiy, it sometimes show and disappear all of a sudden and i dont know how to bring it up again

maybe you should consider wiping out your plasma desktop and starting fresh
