I am trying to migrate from KDE-4 to KDE-5. So I installed Archlinux on Virtualbox.
I have a big problem with greek keyboard layout. I can't input any greek accent on Qt (KDE style) applications. Greek accents is a double key process. E.g. ;+a when in greek layout will produce ά. With Qt application it justs doesn't do anything. GTK applications are ok. Although I had to change the look and fell of Libreoffice to gtk in order to be able to use accents. I have selected greek layout with extended variant. ![]() locale -a
I had the same problem with KDE 2.x. ![]() ![]() ![]() Any suggestions? |

Today I had the same problem on another KDE system. After trying again everything, the solution was to delete from ~/.cache, everything related to KDE, Qt-5 and fonts. This action fixed the issue.
Unfortunately I didn;t had time to pinpoint the exact file causing the issue. |
