When I connect my external monitor to my laptop and open a new windows, app, Konsole or anything else the window is not in a correct position. For example when I open Dolphin, 'Places' toolbar is in laptop screen and the other half is in external monitor. And I should maximise to get it right.

Edit: this is not the case with all apps, this happens with some KDE apps, screenshot added.
