Hi,
I'm using Mint Sarah KDE plasma 5
Via Panel gui Notification settings I try to turn off:
"Show application and system settings" and "track file transfers and other jobs"
but after a restart of the computer those settings are back enabled.
is there a way to disable the settings other than the plasma gui?

You could get the information from KDE info center: https://www.kde.org/applications/system/kinfocenter/
