Hi,
plasmashell uses high CPOU constantly.
When nothing happens, it's around 50-70%, and when there are notifications it's 100%
Plasma 5.7.2
Framework 5.24
QT 5.6.1

The workaround to disable notification does not work in my case.
When I start my computer, plasmashell is at 20-30% and it slowly rise up to 100%.
So it's not exactly like in this bug report
