In the past days I have updated my openSuse at openSuse Leap 42.1 with KDE5.
I have trying configure my shortcuts input text again (khotkeys), section "Send input keyboard" (dont sure, I have system on spanish), but khotkeys dont get the command SHIFT+
Explain:
<:p:Shift+<:
khotkeys must write : <p>
But the Shift command is ignore always. The command Ctrl or Alt run perfect.
I have try to set SHIFT, Shift, shift, May, Mayusculas (spanish)... but no way. The Shift command is ignore always.
What it is the problem, is a bug?

I have to use KDE 5.21.0 version
