I am using 4 virtual desktops in 2 rows. The icon(s) displayed in either of the virtual desktops is/are very small, almost unrecognisable. Changing to 1 row or increasing the height of the panel does not make any difference.
How can I increase the size of icons in the virtual (multiple) desktops located in the panel?

size of desktop icons, try systemsettings -> icons -> icons -> advanced -> desktop -> size

straight line:
- place them in a folder view widget
- place them in a quicklaunch widget
