When I insert a USB drive, my device notifier window pops up from my panel widget, in the lower right corner, as it should. I get no other notifications. When I eject that same USB drive, however, not only do I get the panel notification, but I also get a window pop up in the top middle of the screen. Both say that it is safe to remove the USB drive. The second window will stay visible for about 5 seconds, then automatically go away.

Now, I don't always get that second window - the first one or two removals in a session don't create one. But after that it appears every time. I'd like to disable that top middle window. Is there anything in the about:config that will disable it?

I've turned off all the notifications that even might be remotely applicable in my settings menu, in the Event Notifications and Actions section.

I'm using Suse 42.2 with the KDE plasma 5.8.3 desktop.

Ideas anyone?
