Hello everyone,

I'm using KDE Neon 5.9, and just very recently any mouseover of any icon on the desktop highlights and won't un-highlight when the mouse has moved on. Same thing applies when i click-select an icon, i can't deselect it.

Fairly annoying. Anyone have any suggestions?

In short, that's a bug caused by changes in the latest KDE Frameworks 5.32.0.
A fix will be in the next Plasma5 releases (5.9.4, to be released next Tuesday, and 5.8.7).
