something has changed here, lately, and I don't know how to solve this.

By the past, when I was moving a window, the "snap" feature was working not only with screen border or other windows, but also with shaded window ( i.e. when there is only the title bar which is visible ). Now, it does not work anymore with shaded windows - which is sad, because it was very convenient to organize windows thanks to that. Now, I have to display X,Y position when I move my window and hope I will not shake too much when I reach the exact pixel position...

Any idea how to restore this feature ?
