Notification appearance problem

Mon May 08, 2017 7:32 am
Hello everybody!
I'm using kde neon and I also installed i3 (sometimes i would like to use it instead plasma selecting i3 in sddm).
The problem is that notifications in plasma appear in a i3-style (look at the attached image).
I already tried to uninstall i3 (sudo apt-get purge i3) and also removing ~/.config/i3 folder but the problem persist.

What should I do?

Thank you

Edit: also tried to remove ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc and ~/.kde/.
Edit2: today plasma crashed because global menu widget. Since then the problem seems to be solved 0.o''
Edit3: after reboot the problem appeared again :(

I have had the same problem, with plasmashell version 5.8.6 on debian stretch.

I solved it following what is described here:
https://askubuntu.com/questions/755126/ ... -can-i-cha

The only difference is that instead of
Code: Select all
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/notify-osd

I put

Code: Select all
/usr/bin/knotify4
