I have just installed arch linux on my computer and installed KDE Plasma on it. This is my first time using arch linux. When I try to boot, it turns on normally, until the desktop is supposed to load. It loads except you can only see the wallpaper and the the mouse. The taskbar will not load. I have only had arch linux for a couple days and have never gotten Plasma to load properly. I am not sure if this is because of Plasma or from my hardwear.

I don't want of offload you but this appears to be an issue with arch.

Have you followed https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/KDE to the letter?
