How to disable middle click paste ?

Tue Oct 10, 2017 9:21 pm
Hello,
Is there a way to disable middle click paste ?
It's possible on Gnome that way
Code: Select all
$ gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.xsettings overrides  "{'Gtk/EnablePrimaryPaste': <0>}")

Thanks !

Well it seem that "$ gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.xsettings overrides "{'Gtk/EnablePrimaryPaste': <0>}")" doesn't do anything on Gnome... I found "gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-enable-primary-paste false" still for Gnome but that's only for mouse, not touchpad...

You may select the scissors in the status & notifications - panel, right-click it and select "configure...".

Have a look at https://docs.kde.org/trunk5/en/kde-workspace/klipper/clipboard-modes.html

Or do you need the dbus-method? Then you should have a look at
Code: Select all
qdbus org.kde.klipper /MainApplication
