Some windows' configured minimum size is larger than my laptop screen (1366 * 768) , which made me unable to find some important buttons (like "Save" at the bottom).
I have to use "Tab" to select to "invisible" button and try to figure out how many Tabs I need to push the "Save" button... ![]() Actually I think this is a bug. Because: 1. This happens on "Kate" only if the plugins are added on setting panel. 2. This happens on "Power Management - Settings" only if I open it from the desktop status pannel. The window is fine when I open the same one in the "Configure the Desktop" general settings window. |

You should still be able to resize them using the usual methods (dragging at their edges and corners or using Alt+RMB click-and-drag from anywhere in the window (grabs the nearest edge/corner)).
Maximizing them should also resize them (at least while maximized) to fit the screen. I would be surprised if any of the applications or dialogs have a strict minimal height of more than 700 pixels (or even more than about 400 pixels, really). 768 is one of those standard screen heights that should just work (as should also 800x600)

Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately, maximizing is not working. No matter how I resize the window. It only changed its top part. When I clicked "Resize" in "More Actions", the cursor points to the bottom right corner(Hidden beyond the screen). However, the dragging isn't working. ![]() One more thing. Actually, when I clicked the "Fullscreen" option, the window will be fine in fullscreen mode(Only Kate support this. The Power Management window doesn't have that option...). Maybe that's gonna be a way to find the missing buttons. ![]() |

Hmm.. I'd recommend reporting this in bugs.kde.org (possibly separate reports for the different applications)
