When I click on "computer" in the application launcher, the taskbar disappears and the only way to get it back is to restart my computer. Any help would be much appreciated!

Running Debian 9 with KDE plasma 5.6.8 and KDE frameworks 5.28.0 on a Razer Blade Stealth 2017.
