Hi,

I'm using Kubuntu 16.04 LTS which comes with Plasma 5.5.

When clicking on the clipboard contents icon in the panel a window pops up displaying the clipboard contents. When I drag the mouse upward to select an item in the the clipboard contents window it automatically scrolls down a few items in the list when the mouse pointer enter into the window which is irritating. Is it possible to turn off this automatic scroll down when entering into the clipboard contents window from below? To me it is enough to be able to scroll the item list with the mouse wheel or by dragging the scroll bar to the right.
