increment sddm cursor size

Thu Nov 30, 2017 11:47 pm
Hello everyone!
Can anyone tell me if it possible to set the size to 36 for the sddm display manager instead of 24?
If it is not possible, would it be possible to make a copy of of breeze_cursors but only with size 36 and then set this copy as sddm cursor theme?

Thank you in advance!

You could set the XCURSOR_SIZE enviroment variable in the /etc/environment.

At here, X, Arch linux, sddm 0.16.0 - /etc/environment.:
Code: Select all
#
# This file is parsed by pam_env module
#
# Syntax: simple "KEY=VAL" pairs on separate lines
#
XCURSOR_SIZE=64

SDDM theme cursor with the default:

With the 'XCURSOR_SIZE=64':

Thank you for helping me!
I solved it, the only problem left now is that the cursor becomes bigger only if I move it, otherwise it is small in its initial position.
Do you also know how to fix this small issue?
