I got a macbook pro, with nvidia 8600gt
when im using kde i cant get my driver to work perfectly.
i have heard that the graphic card arent fully supportet yet.
when will it be supportet? and is it possible to get it working now?

get the newest 180.xx driver and most issues should be solved.

btw: I think you may have a 8600mgt? the name is similiar but 8600mgt is quite different from 8600gt, afaik there's never a 8600gt on macbook pro.

Yeah beta driver 180.x works much better than the last stable release.

it seems that something wrong in nv's driver.i also have a 86gt in my desktop pc.system is crashed when i open window effect(3D).
and some lines display in the screen when the lofoff/shutdown dialog is shown~
