wizardpen driver - drawing tablet

Mon Apr 30, 2018 12:52 am
Hi, i'm trying to install the wizardpen 0.8.1 driver (https://digimend.github.io/support/howt ... wizardpen/) to use a XP-Pen G430 drawing tablet in kubuntu 17.10.
Following the recommended procedure i get this at the end of the ./configure command

Code: Select all
checking for pkg-config... no
    ./configure: line 11376: --variable=sdkdir: command not found
checking if RANDR is defined... no
    ./configure: line 11411: --variable=sdkdir: command not found
checking if XINPUT is defined... no
    checking for XORG... no
    configure: error: in `/home/juan/Desktop/xorg-input-wizardpen-0.8.1':
configure: error: The pkg-config script could not be found or is too old.  Make sure it
is in your PATH or set the PKG_CONFIG environment variable to the full
    path to pkg-config.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables XORG_CFLAGS
and XORG_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

    To get pkg-config, see <http://pkg-config.freedesktop.org/>.
    See `config.log' for more details

any ideas? Thanks in advance!
