I am running Kubuntu 16.04 and according to KInfoCenter, running Plasma v5.5.5 with Kernel v4.13.0-39-generic.
It seems on a recent update the digital clock on the panel functionally changed. Previously I could use the mouse wheel to scroll thru the various time zones and the current digital widget would update the time and display time zone according. Now it looks like the only think you can do is hover over the widget to see the time zone values. This is what the gnome time widget did and is useless. I want to use 2 digital clocks, one set to my local time with date and another to another time zone, usually UTC. is there a way to get that function back or can we get at it thru some other means? |

It looks like I overlooked a new config item that enables the scroll wheel to switch time zones
it can be found in Digital Clock Settings -> Time Zones -> Switch time zone with mouse wheel |
