Neon Plasma 5.13.4

I go to the Panel menu and locate the program I want... hover over it and right click.
Then I select Add to Panel. Other Plasma distros would add it to the panel with No
issue... but I am attaching a screenshot as to what happens in This distro.

I am running a Dell Opti-Plex 760 with a 160 SSD and 4 gb mem. along with an AMD
5450 graphics card.

If I click on any of the white icons, I get the following message:
ERROR -- Plasma
Malformed URL

What is UP with this?

Here is the link to the screenshot: http://i65.tinypic.com/29azf4o.jpg
Look to the lower right of the shot in the panel.
