How to enable the much awaited Night Colour on KDE?

I freshly installed Fedora 28 w/ KDE. I noticed on Reddit that KDE will have Night Colour. But now I cannot find the night color option anywhere.

My system has Intel Core i5 4200M CPU, and nVidia GT740M GPU.

KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.48.0
Qt Version: 5.10.1

Software center seemed to have nothing related to this.
