I'm using kali KDE and I just updated my KDE but I'm having some issues. The system tray is missing and I tried to add it from widget but I can't. I am able to add other widgets but not system tray. And also right click on desktop doesn't work, it doesn't give menus like it used to give. Krunner is also not working, it doesn't show any result even though the setting is fine Is this a bug or I've to tweak settings?

Hi,
You are not alone, same issue here since 1 hour after having updated my debian. The bug is reported here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397875 It seems that the best thing to do is to wait the debian packages to be updated.

I've followed this workaroud because I need a working laptop for monday: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=907696#10
I've installed libkf5runner5 and libkf5plasma5 that come from sid (unstable debian), that's all ! |
