I can connect to wifi without any problem but when I plug in my ethernet cable, the connection is stuck at connecting, it never succeeds in connecting. I also get a notification notifying ethernet is disconnected and when I change the duplex to full it changed back to half duplex saying it's read-only connection.
How do I solve this?

Solution tried: In networkmanager.conf I have changed manged from false to true
