Is it possible to change the display font of the lock screen?

The plasma lock screen is using user plasma settings. KDE System Settings > Fonts.

If you only want to change the lock screen font you will need to edit the lock screen theme. The lock screen is part of the look and feel theme. With the Plasma 5.12 or later it is possible to add lock screen configuration to the LnF theme: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=151172#p395297 .
