Hello, Im using windows version and Im trying to create a video having 675x675 but i cant set default size configuration

I cant change any Project settings and the only thing i found was preview profile, i set a new one, but when i try to create a new project i cant find it to select

how can i create a new project with non default size ? If i click that icon beside Video settings its not editable..
