I'm a very new user to KDE and loving it so far except for one strange quirk I can't figure out.

I'm running Fedora 29 with Plasma 5.14.5. (I also have Gnome, Cinnamon, and I3 installed if it makes any difference)

My "problem" is that whenever I switch workspaces I get a strange blurred box in the top right of my screen as the switching animation runs. It didn't happen when I first set up Plasma, but I noticed it after some time testing and configuring options. The blurred portion of the screen also doesn't seem to coincide with any windows I have open on any workspace, so I have no idea what it is the system thinks is there that needs to be blurred.

Has anyone seen this before?
