Hi,

I have a problem with my stylus input and tooltip bubbles. E.g. when I tap a button with my pen, the pointer seems to stay there and if I immediately change to another window, the tooltip is still visible through the new window. I have to go back to the other application and tap somewhere else to get rid of the tooltip. In which section on bugs.kde.org should I report this?
